Who we are

Omni Renovation provides residential and commercial renovation services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information through this website and when you contact us, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project location, the type of space and services you are interested in, your permit preference, preferred contact time, target timing and any project details you share. We also note which page of the website you came from so we can understand how people find us.

If you call or email us, we keep the information you share in those conversations.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold your free consultation, prepare quotes, and manage any project you go ahead with. We do not sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.

Service providers

Enquiry forms are delivered to our business inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Your submission passes through their systems and our email provider’s systems to reach us. These providers may store data outside Canada. We only use providers who process data to deliver the service to us.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and actions on this site, such as viewing pages, submitting an enquiry or tapping our phone number, so we can measure and improve our advertising on Meta’s platforms. Meta may combine this with information it holds about you under its own privacy policy. When you send an enquiry, your email address and phone number may be shared with Meta in a protected (hashed) form to match the enquiry to our ads.

You can control this through your browser’s cookie settings, by blocking third-party cookies, or in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

The website also uses your browser’s session storage to remember which page you arrived on, so that it can be included with your enquiry.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out any work, and meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by emailing info@omnidevelopment.ca or calling (905) 923-6916.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
