We coordinate the trades and keep you updated on progress and decisions, planning disruption around your household or business.

Documented changes
If conditions or priorities change, we document the change, its price and its effect on timing, and ask for your approval before extra work proceeds.

Walkthrough & handover
We review the finished work with you, complete any outstanding items, and go through the handover documents and warranty terms in your agreement.
